This Saturday, July 13, the second annual Bark Bash will be held at the Fayetteville Town Center on the Historic Town Square. It’s one of the most popular dog-friendly events of the year!
Bark Bash, which will be held 4-8 p.m., is for dog lovers and their furry friends who can enjoy a day of meeting fellow pet owners, shopping from local pet-friendly vendors and talk with pet rescue centers from the Northwest Arkansas area.
The event is FREE, but guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Attendees who bring pets must also fill out a waiver, which can be completed by registering in advance online. The event mostly will be indoors and will proceed even if it rains cats and dogs.
With the event situated on the downtown square, grab a group of your pals and pets to enjoy a bite at a restaurant before or after the event. Whether that be one-of-a-kind toast from Arsaga’s on Church, a tea-time treat from Savoy Tea or a sub sandwich from Loafin’ Joes, there are plenty of options to enjoy nearby with patios for your dog.
If you would enjoy walking around with your pup, there are several shops to explore in the downtown square as well. City Supply gift shop, Riffraff clothing store and The Mustache Goods & Wears offer a variety of fun finds, and your dog may even be able to dig up something, too.
This FREE event is for dog lovers, furry friends and guests. Shop from pet-friendly crafters and vendors, talk to local rescue and adoption agencies and socialize with other dogs and their owners.
Adoptable dogs will be in attendance, and Bark Bash will be accepting donations for the local rescue and adoption agencies at the door. Gently used dog toys, beds, food, accessories, etc. are encouraged.
