Wands Up! Wizard Way of the Ozarks (formerly known as DiaCON Alley) returns to the Fayetteville Town Center March 19-20, 2022.
Experience the magic at "The Con that Lived", Fayetteville's Alfie award-winning fandom festival of all things wizards, witches, magic, fantastical creatures, and magical beasts! The third installment of Wizard Way of the Ozarks promises to be a mammoth celebration of magic and mischief with plenty of opportunities for all ages. All attendees are encouraged (but not required) to wear their favorite magical costume - from whichever mystical pop culture film, show, book, or artwork you desire.
The weird and wonderful festival of spellbinding proportions will feature an array of entrancing experiences! Merchant Alley will be filled with the delightful works of local artisane where you can expect to find curiosities of all kinds, carefully procured trinkets, and handcrafted nerdy wares. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy fantasy themed foods and beverages, with delicacies available for purchase both inside and outside the event. Be entered to win a grand prize, get sorted, collect points for door prizes, and participate in interactive opportunities such as photo ops, fantastical trivia, magical item scavenger hunt, costume contest, wand duels, and even a wizard themed escape room! The event will also feature discussion panels, gaming rooms, entrancing shows, musical performances, walk-around characters, live owls and more. VIP Weekend Package ticket holders also gain entry to a Wizard Dance Party at the Fayetteville Town Center on Saturday night with DJ Brock!
Each day of the convention will feature different programming and entertainment, with a small amount of crossover. We’ve compiled an abbreviated schedule here, but you can view full information about each day’s programming on Wizard Way of the Ozarks’ schedule page.
